The launching of Campost commercial activities was an opportunity for our sales representatives to draw up an action plan. The latter focuses on capitalizing commercial animation in post offices and upgrading products such as MELO, MA (franking machine) and EMS which is already the market leader.
"Targets somewhat overestimated, according to some observers, but eminently attainable",said Jean Samuel TALOM, the Head of CAMPOST Commercial Service. "To achieve these goals, we have reorganized the Commercial Service, provided vehicles to all Chiefs of Service and allocated the operating budget," he added.
These CAMPOST staff were trained on techniques of attracting new customers and building customer loyalty during the 1st team building of the year, held from 15 to 16 January 2016 in Yaounde. This event was an opportunity to reward best CAMPOST sales representatives. Mrs. Julie Mebara, of the city of Douala, received the prize of the best 2015 CAMPOST Sale representative. A good example acknowledged by her colleagues and the General Manager who closed the ceremony.
